DEMRE-MYRA-KEKOVA-ST NICHOLAS General Information About
For our guests who wish to join our tour, our service is available every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from the Alanya-Manavgat-Side-Belek-Antalya-Beldibi-Göynük-Kemer regions. At the specified time, after being taken from the places you have indicated, the journey of an exciting, history-filled tour begins.
We have a break for breakfast on our way to St Nicholas Church.
If you enjoy history, you should consider paying a visit to the St. Nicholas Church in Demre.
The town's international reputation stems from the fact that this is the place where Saint Nicholas of Myra lived and served as a bishop.
Secondly, we travel a short distance to tour the ruins, amphitheater, and famous graves of the ancient city of Myra, the former capital of the powerful Lycian Federation-greatly admired by the Greeks as being the first known ‘democratic union!’
We have our lunch then take a boat to visit “Sunken City” in Kekova. The boat trip takes around 2 hours.
Kekova is not only known for its gorgeous turquoise sea but also its ancient and mysterious sunken city. Every summer, visitors arrive to look out over the water to see the remains of a once flourishing city now completely underwater with only a few remnants on land to speak of its existence.
We drop you off where you were picked up after the tour.
We bid you farewell to see you at the next Talya Tour organization.
NOT: You will be picked up at 04:30 from Alanya, at 05:30 from Manavgat, at 06:00 from Belek, at 06:30 from Antalya, at 07:30 from Kemer. The pick-up time will be given again before the tour.
